With over a million incidents reported, the fly-tipping fiasco has turned into a major issue. You'd expect a clear-cut formula to combat this, but alas, bureaucracy prevails!
Instead of easing the dumping process, a South Kesteven councillor proposed planting trees at fly-tipping hotspots, causing Bev to metaphorically slap her forehead in disbelief. Truly, a botanical deterrent for human misconduct!
