An LGBTQIA+ nightclub in California, called Badlands, has implemented a ban on "Make America Great Again" attire to foster a safer and more inclusive environment for patrons. Owner TJ Bruce decided against banning all political symbols, focusing solely on MAGA-related items after they reportedly caused discomfort among guests. This decision follows an incident involving a patron, Steven Bourasa, wearing a MAGA hat without issue. Yet, the ban was later announced, aligning with the sentiments of locals who cite the current political climate as justification.
